“My name is Ilya. On May 8, I received a notification that my documents for the residence card were insufficient. Not knowing what to do next, I turned to KDI. On May 9, I had a consultation, on May 15 my application was accepted by the office, and on May 27 — only 12 days later! — I received a notification that my card was ready.
